  Recruiting for Summer of Promise Interns 2012!
Looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people in the city this summer?
Summer of Promise Internship is an awesome opportunity for emerging leaders to get hands on experience in the inner city. This is open to students that have completed at least one year of college and are ready to grow in their relationship with Christ and make meaningful change in our neighborhood. You will be immersed in a ministry experience that will include kids day camps, coordinating mission groups, outreach projects, and work projects. You will live in community with other interns and develop relationships that will change your life and strengthen your walk with Christ. You will be given opportunities for training and discipleship from our staff to guide you through the summer and provide you quality ministry experience. Your housing and most meals will be provided. You will also be given a small weekly allowance.

People of Promise Leadership Initiative Volunteers Needed Men Needed! POP Leadership Initiative is looking for 4-6 adult volunteers who would be willing to dedicate 1 hour per week to training urban youth to take leadership in their lives and communities in order to produce holistic change and long term success. Coming Soon: Baby College We are currently seeking partnerships with parenting experts, experienced mothers, obstetricians and pediatricians willing to work together to create a training program for young mothers to learn basic infant and child care and parenting skills.
